In most cases, choosing a program with a revenue sharing (revshare) comission is preferred. You certainly want to accrue all the income you can from this source, and Pay Per Signup (PPS) often does not offer you that. I have seen residual income arrive from customers that I referred over THREE YEARS ago.

Remember that having only one sponsor is like having all your eggs in one basket - it doesn't make sense. Send 2-3 programs your traffic, and adjust the levels of traffic based on how well they are performing for you.
All in all, the sponsors listed are acceptable and can convert your traffic. I do not list any sponsors here that I would not recommend you signing up with them.
